From BbWiki

Jump to: navigation, search

Using the Smart Views feature, Grade Center allows you to view students’ grades using different student criteria. For example, you can view the grades of a specific group of students, or you can view all the grades of the students who have scored below 70 on their midterm exam. You can create several different Smart Views and easily switch from one view to another.

Follow these steps to create a Smart View:

1. In the Grade Center, click the Action Link button next to Manage in the Action Bar. Click the Smart Views link.

4. You will return to the Smart Views page. The Smart View that you have just created will be displayed on the page. Click the OK button when done.

5. You will return to the Grade Center. Click the Action Link next to the Current View: (current Smart View) and click to choose the desired Smart View from the drop down menu. The grades will be displayed according to the type of view chosen. You can make the current view the default view, the view that will be displayed when you first enter the Grade Center, by clicking the Set as Default button.
