Download Grades from the Grade Center

Follow these steps to download grades from the Grade Center to Excel (these steps are using the Internet Explorer as an example):

1. In the Grade Center, click the Action Link button next to Manage in the Action Bar. Click the Download link.

2. The Download Grades page will appear. Select desired options. Click the Submit button when done.

3. The Download Grades page will appear. Click the Download button.

4. The File Download window will appear. Click the Save button to save the file to your computer system or Content Collection. After the download is completed, click the Open button to open the downloaded grades in Excel.
