You should be able to download filtered/sorted gradebook instead of whole thing

Better Announcement start and end time and availablity options, better ability to control order of announcements, ie with pulldown menus to reorder like other types of items.

There is no control to make discussion groups available/unavailable by time, and/or by individual forum.

We'd like an admin role we could customize to grant necessary and sufficient priveleges of our choosing.
