How do I activate a survey I have created?

Go into the control panel for the course content area where you want the survey to display (such as Course Documents) and in the upper right hand corner, choose 'Survey' from the Select+ menu, then click the GO button. This will allow you to select from the list of surveys you have created and set options for display.
