View Grade Center Statistics

Statistical information is available in the Grade Center.

Follow these steps to view student statistics:

1. In the Control Panel area, under the Assessment area, click the Grade Center link.

2. Grade Center will be displayed. Locate the name of the student whose statistics you want to view. Click the Action Link button next to the cell where his/her name is. Click the User Statistics link in the drop-down menu.

3. The Student Statistics page will appear. Review the information and you may click the student’s email to email him/her. Click the OK button when done.

Follow these steps to view column statistics:

1. In Grade Center, locate the column whose statistics that you want to view. Click the Action Link button next to the column header. Click the Column Statistics link.

6. The Column Statistics page will appear. Use the information to analyze this grade item. Click the OK button when done.

Follow these steps to view attempts statistics:

1. Only tests and surveys that you have created in the content area have the options to view the attempts statistics. Locate the desired test or survey column. Click the Action Link button next to the column header. Click the Attempts Statistics link.

3. The Assessment Statistics: (the name of the test or survey) page will appear. Use the information to analyze the test or survey. Click the OK button when done.
