Existing Resources
Could not find any existing layouts on operating systems (IOS, macOS, etc.). However, there is a resource available online detailing a Colemak keyboard layout for Walloon.
Developed Resources
Rifondou walon keyboard
Started fresh using a French AZERTY base (due to regional proximity, Walloon speakers' familiarity with French, and the general similarity of the two languages). Implemented specifically for the Rifondou walon orthography.

Alt + 9 THEN q (on QWERTY physical keyboard) -> å
Alt + 9 THEN Shift + q (on QWERTY physical keyboard) -> Å
All other combinations are shared with default fr-azerty layout.
Justification
Decided *not* to use the Colemak keyboard, as it implements QWERTY layout, which would be inconvenient for Walloon speakers.
Again, decided instead to use the French AZERTY base input method due to practicality and the fact that most Walloon speakers would be familiar with the layout. Using AZERTY also allows for compatibility with all existing french dead keys, diacritics which French and Wallon share.
The major change made to the AZERTY base was an addition of a a ring dead key Å/å (usage provided above). Opted for this usage to avoid mapping conflicts and to retain existing Alt dead pattern.
Instructions
1. Install IBus @ https://github.com/ibus/ibus
2. Clone repo and copy "wa-azerty.mim" to directory ~/.m17n.d/
3. Restart IBus, select "Input Method" in IBus Preferences, "Add", and search for "Walloon"
