This is a list of potential languages to work on this semester.

Wôpanâak

===Basic Information===: Wôpanâak (also known as Wampanoag or Massachusett) is a language formerly spoken in eastern and southeastern Massachusetts. Although it went extinct in the late 19th century, it is currently undergoing revitalization efforts, and now has at least 15 proficient speakers and 500 students.[1] According to a grammar published in 2000, it appears to be a primarily agglutinative language with some fusional aspects.[2] Its ISO code is "wam".

===Finding Text===: It seems likely that texts are available. "An Introduction to Wôpanâak Grammar" is based on several texts written from the 1600s to the modern day; at least one, Native Writings in Massachusett, is available in McCabe.
