Expanding the structural transfer from Amis to English

Goals

• Structural Transfer Rules:

1. adding the det 'the' before nom + n tags
2. make the VSO -> SVO transfer work with compound objects
3. add an adjective reordering rule
4. make the VSO -> SVO transfer work for more sentences

• Lexical selection rule for the word 'aku' to translate to 'my' versus 'I'
• To accomplish the previous, add a dictionary entry for the 'aku' -> 'my' stransfer
• clean up/ add names to reduce '#'d words

Results

• WER: 106 -> 102
• PER: 95 -> 93
