RGyalrong (Situ)/keyboard

Motivation
The dialects of rGyalrong are typically transcribed using either Tibetan or IPA notation. Thus, existing writing systems can be typed on the existing keyboard layouts.
However, based on the fact that the speakers of Situ would be situated in the Sichuan province, they would most likely be taught Mandarin Chinese in schools. Therefore, they would be most accustomed to the pinyin system, typed on a typical QWERTY keyboard layout. Thus, we would like to propose a new pinyin-based romanization that would improve accessibility by allowing typing Kyom Kyo Situ on a typical layout using intuitive (for someone proficient in pinyin) romanizations.
