Hello anyone who happens to visit this page! My name is Henry Nguyen, a linguistics student at Swarthmore college, class of 2026.
I don't know which languages to look at for this class, but just based on a cursory glance at the given list, perhaps a variety of Zapotec could be interesting, or maybe Pontic Greek? I'll have to look into each of the languages more to tell.
